The company always regards product quality as the foundation of survival. Strict production process specifications have been established to improve product quality. During production, quality is strictly controlled, and products are inspected piece by piece. Unqualified products are strictly prohibited from leaving the factory. After leaving the factory, each product comes with a dedicated identification certificate. In case of quality problems, the specific production batch and responsible engineer of the product can be accurately traced. This strict and clear product production supervision process ensures greater improvement and guarantee of product quality. In January 2011, we obtained the ISO9001-2008 quality management system certification. In March 2013, we obtained the ISO/TS16949-2009 automotive industry seal quality management system certification.
In May 2010, we obtained a production license for the Chinese sealing industry. The company always regards customer needs as the source of development. In order to meet the diverse and specialized needs of our customer base, we actively innovate our service philosophy and have specially developed convenient and efficient personalized and differentiated product customization channels. From receiving customer orders, organizing exclusive production, to delivering products to customer terminals, the entire cycle only takes 24 hours. The company always regards after-sales service as the soul of competition. To shorten the product adaptation cycle, our company actively extends the service chain to both ends. Before using the product, dispatch safety supervisors to the front line to guide the use, installation, and debugging of relevant components; After the use of the product, 24-hour dynamic follow-up will be carried out to check the usage status of the product and provide on-site service!
