The High Tech Rubber Research and Development Center was established in 2017 and is located in the beautiful coastal city of Qingdao, Shandong Province. With a registered capital of 10 million yuan, it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of High Tech Rubber Industry Co., Ltd. The R&D center currently has over 40 technical personnel, 6 military experts, 4 retired senior engineers from Guangzhou Machine Tool Research Institute, 8 university professors, and 12 external technical experts from NOK, SKF, and Treburg. On July 3, 2021, with the approval of the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Hebei Rubber and Plastic Oil Seal Technology Innovation Center was established. In May 2023, the company officially signed an agreement with Qingdao University of Science and Technology to establish an industry university research cooperation base.
The R&D center has various R&D equipment, including automatic tensile testing machines, aging chambers, rheometers, Mooney viscometers, ozone aging test chambers, imaging instruments, Karl Fischer moisture meters, brittle temperature testers, clamping force meters, rotary sealing performance testers, hydraulic sealing performance testers, etc. The comprehensive R&D methods ensure the high quality and R&D capabilities of the products.
