Non-Metallic Flange Protection Devices

1. Material

They are mainly made of high-strength, anti-aging non-metallic composite materials, including fiberglass-reinforced polyester (FRP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), etc.

These materials feature outstanding mechanical strength to withstand certain impacts and pressure, and boast extremely high chemical stability. They effectively resist corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts and other corrosive media, ensuring long-term stable operation under harsh working conditions and extending service life.
 

2. Classification  

·Transparent or semi-transparent structure: enables direct observation of flange status;

·Non transparent structure with leak alarm function: built-in replaceable pH test strips that turn red in acids and green in alkalis. The strips change color rapidly according to the pH value of leaked media, realizing quick identification and early warning.
 

3. Function   

·Effectively prevents splashing of high-temperature liquids or corrosive chemicals from flange joints, avoiding burns or chemical damage to human skin, eyes and other body parts.

·Provides real-time monitoring and early warning, and can issue timely alerts before or at the early stage of leakage, improving operational safety.

 

4. Features

·Excellent UV resistance, weather resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, suitable for various indoor and outdoor environments, and resistant to sunlight, rain and industrial fumes.

·Simple and quick installation.
